Cricut cartridges on sale

I was grocery shopping at Ralphs grocery store the same chain as Kroger and in the Christmas Clearance section found Cricut cartridges for $7.49. They had the Thanksgiving cartridge and two Christmas cartridges.

Thanksgiving Week

Wow, I didn't realize I haven't been on my blog in a week. I finished up my Christmas cards and tags for the swap and sent those off last week. My daughter and I just finished performing in the play Big River so now I can go back to crafting. My craft this week is to make Gobble Bags for Thanksgiving leftovers and make a few samples for my PTO make and take. I hope everyone has a great week. Happy Thanksgiving

Friday

I have been trying to organize my craft space in our playroom and I'm happy to say it is going well. I have come across a few things I don't even know how to use or that I no longer use and the items need a new home, so I am asking for your help out there. First, I have a pack of Provo Craft & Ellison Handmade Textured Paper. It says on the packaging perfect for die cutting, matting, framing and punches. Does anyone have a sample of how they used this stuff. All I know is it is too thick and bumpy to go through my cricut machine!!
Second, I have a Silent Setter...how do you use it? Lastly, before I bought my Cricut I had the Xyron Personal cutting machine. Does anyone still use the Xyron? Doesn anyone know of someone who would like to purchase one?
Well, off to finish up some Christmas tags!

Cancelling PTO Make and Take Event

To anyone who was interested in attending the PTO Make and Take Event this Saturday, please note that it is being cancelled. I am so sad! I have been focused on prepping all the materials for this make and take holiday card event ALL DAY. I guess I have to clean up my scraps now :(
Do not worry though we will be rescheduling the Make and Take event for the first Saturday in December. Please join us for this fun holiday activity.
